Comfortmat Soft Wave 15 sound-absorbing material

Comfortmat Soft Wave is a professional sound-absorbing viscoelastic material from the Premium series. Soft Wave is made on the basis of very dense microporous polyurethane foam with open cells. In combination with a corrugated surface and high flexibility, it is ideal for soundproofing even highly embossed surfaces. Its production is in accordance with DeepIn technology, which allows impregnation with special polymers to protect the foam from UV rays and moisture, and also improves the sound absorption properties of the material. In addition to excellent noise absorption capabilities, Soft Wave also has a significant memory and shape effect, which is why it is also suitable for application in confined spaces. The wavy surface of this shaped foam is able to absorb more noise than ordinary foam material with a classic surface (eg STP Biplast 10). The material contains a highly effective self-adhesive layer suitable for operation in difficult car conditions, which can withstand extreme temperature changes and high humidity. Like all Comfortmat materials, it retains the same properties in winter and summer. The film includes a 5 x 5 cm grid for easy cutting of the material, which also serves as protection against counterfeiting. Comfortmat Soft Wave is available in two sizes: 700 x 500 and 1000 x 700 mm and 15 mm thick.

Comfortmat Soft Wave 15 is a professional damping material suitable for preventing the creaking of all interior plastics and at the same time reducing their sound. You can apply it especially to the plastic lining of the door and the trunk lid, but also to the plastic of the dashboard or center tunnel. Its advantage is its excellent ability to absorb noise, which is why it can also be used as a second layer on top of the Comfortmat anti-vibration materials for soundproofing the roof, trunk lid and other areas of the interior where it is necessary to save space and weight.
