BMW 3 (G21) - advanced Morel sound system

New sound system for a BMW 3 Series, specifically for the beautiful G21 touring. We probably don’t need to comment on BMW’s basic audio system. What’s more important is what we replace that rather uninspiring sound with. For BMW vehicles we offer four upgrade options for the factory audio system. The first is the most popular upgrade from the Italian Audison, followed by a more advanced Morel system in the Performance variant. Together with the client we chose this Performance variant for this car. Compared to competing OEM solutions, Morel offers something extra—of course a significantly better sound, which we have come to expect from this Israeli manufacturer. And all in the desired plug & play installation. All speakers therefore have the same shape, mounting points, and connectors as the factory BMW speakers, so the installation proceeds without any intervention in the original wiring. We replaced the speakers in the front and rear doors and, of course, the under-seat subwoofers. All mentioned components were connected to a 6-channel Zapco amplifier, which also contains an integrated DSP processor. To enable playback of high-resolution music files we complemented the amplifier with a Zapco Bluetooth module. This allows streaming hi-res files from platforms such as Tidal. At the end of the installation we perform sound measurement with the professional JL Audio Max system. We set the measured results in the DSP processor software, fine-tune the sound to our preferences, and finish with final adjustments together with our client. The result of successful tuning is high-quality and faithful sound adapted to the driver and to this specific car.View products >Hide products >
