Thanks to these features, it is ideal as a medium pad in multi-stage paint corrections and can also be used for single-step corrections, especially on soft and very soft paints.

Honey COMBination U-series are highly advanced polishing pads made from open-cell foam. By using carefully selected open-cell foam pads, this series offers unique polishing strength while ensuring unprecedented air circulation. This feature, combined with a central hole (only for larger diameters), allows for a reduction in the temperature of the polished surface, the pad itself, and the polisher. The safe thickness of the pad and the side profile with a thoughtfully beveled shape allow for higher work safety comfort and precision in less accessible areas. These pads are made from carefully selected and high-quality materials, enabling them to be reused.

How to Care for Polishing Pads

• Caring for polishing pads is crucial for their longevity and future polishing capabilities.
• During use, the temperature of the pad is critical for its lifespan, as it can heat up to high temperatures when polishing paint.
• If you polish the paint for extended periods and frequently overheat the pad, you significantly shorten its lifespan.
• Monitor the temperature and allow the pad to cool if it becomes overheated.
• High temperatures affect both the foam and the pad's adhesive.
• Polishing pads need regular cleaning during the polishing process; otherwise, they become ineffective.
• When the pad becomes clogged with polishing paste, it needs to be addressed.
• You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to lower speeds to brush away the old paste. Hold the brush in your hand and let the polisher rotate the pad.
• Be cautious not to throw used paste onto the polished car paint during rotary cleaning.
• If you have an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad while the polisher is running.
• After successful machine polishing, the pad should be prepared for future use.
• We recommend washing the polishing pad in a machine at 40 °C using a microfiber detergent.
• Never wash pads together with towels or cloths!
• Do not dry pads in a dryer; let them air dry on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
• If you don't have a washing machine, you can wash pads by hand using an APC cleaner diluted in a 1:6 ratio.
• Store polishing pads in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed clean plastic box.
