It differs from other pads in this series by its medium hardness and very comfortable handling. These features make it an excellent choice as a medium pad in multi-stage paint corrections and suitable for one-step corrections, especially on soft and very soft paints.

Honey COMBination U-series are highly advanced polishing pads made from open-cell foam. By using carefully selected open-cell foam pads, this series offers unique polishing power while ensuring air circulation at an unprecedented level. This feature, combined with a center hole (only in larger diameters), allows for a reduction in the temperature of the polished surface, the pad itself, and the polisher. The safe thickness of the pad and the side profile with a thoughtfully beveled shape provide higher safety and precision even in hard-to-reach areas. These pads are made from carefully selected and high-quality materials, allowing for repeated use.

How to Care for Polishing Pads

• Caring for polishing pads is crucial for their longevity and future polishing capabilities.
• The temperature of the pad itself is very important for its longevity during use, as it can heat up to high temperatures while polishing.
• If you polish for an extended period and frequently overheat the pad, it significantly shortens its lifespan.
• Therefore, monitor the temperature and let the pad cool down if it overheats.
• High temperatures affect both the foam and the adhesive of the pad.
• The polishing pad needs to be cleaned frequently during the polishing process; otherwise, it will stop functioning effectively.
• Once the pad is clogged with polishing paste, it needs to be addressed.
• You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to lower speeds to brush out the old paste.
• Be careful not to throw the used paste onto the polished car paint during rotary cleaning.
• If you own an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad in the same way with the polisher turned on.
• After successful machine polishing, the pad should be prepared for future use.
• We recommend washing the polishing pad in a washing machine at 40°C using a detergent suitable for microfiber.
• Do not wash pads together with towels or cloths!
• Do not put pads in the dryer; let them air dry on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
• If you don't have a washing machine, you can wash pads by hand using an APC cleaner, diluted at a 1:6 ratio.
• Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed clean plastic box.
