Honey COMBination Polishing Pad OCF-series Green Cut/Medium (80 mm)
The Honey COMBination Polishing Pad OCF-series Green Cut/Medium is an abrasive pad from the Classic OCF range, specifically developed for working with hard or heavily damaged paints. It is a polishing pad from the category of abrasive pads, characterized by high cutting performance while maintaining a decent level of gloss. It excels in the first stage of paint polishing and in multi-step corrections for all paints, except those that are very delicate.
Honey COMBination O.C.F.-series Polishing Pads
Honey Combination Classic OCF is a series of highly advanced polishing pads made from open-cell foam, designed for rotary polishers. By using carefully selected open-cell foam, the OCF Classic pads offer unique polishing power while ensuring unprecedented air circulation. This feature allows for the reduction of temperature on the polished surface, the pad, and the polishing machine. The safe thickness of the pad and the side profile with a thoughtfully rounded shape provide higher comfort, work safety, and precision in hard-to-reach areas.

How to Care for Polishing Pads
- Caring for polishing pads is crucial for their long lifespan and future polishing capabilities.
- During work, the temperature of the pad itself is very important for its lifespan, as it can heat up to high temperatures during paint polishing.
- If you polish the paint for a long time and frequently overheat the pad, you significantly shorten its lifespan.
- Therefore, monitor the temperature and allow the pad to cool down if it overheats.
- Both the foam and the pad's adhesive suffer at high temperatures.
- The polishing pad needs to be cleaned often during the polishing process, otherwise it will stop functioning, and paint polishing will not be effective.
- Once the polishing pad is clogged with polishing paste, it needs attention.
- You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to lower RPMs, holding the brush in hand to brush away old paste. Just hold the brush while the polisher rotates the pad.
- Be careful not to throw used paste onto the polished car paint during rotary cleaning.
- If you have an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad while the polisher is on.
- After successful machine polishing, the pad should be restored for future use.
- We recommend washing the polishing pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a detergent suitable for microfiber.
- Never wash pads together with towels or cloths!
- Do not put pads in the dryer after washing; let them dry naturally placed on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
- If you don't have a washing machine, you can wash the pads by hand using an APC cleaner, diluted in a 1:6 ratio.
- Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed clean plastic box.
