Tesla Model Y – effective soundproofing with minimal weight gain
Tesla Model Y became the first car where we implemented our new Aero package with the most advanced Comfortmat Aerospace materials. The new line of Aerospace vibroacoustic materials brings a revolutionary solution that in a single layer combines effective vibration damping with significant sound insulation — and all at very low weight. Thanks to this, it represents an ideal choice especially for electric vehicles and sports cars, where every kilogram counts.
The Aero package is our basic soundproofing package, yet completely different from anything available until now. Its uniqueness lies precisely in the use of the new generation of Comfortmat Aerospace materials, which can provide effective vibration damping and substantial sound insulation in a single layer. This makes it possible to achieve excellent results with minimal weight penalty. The soundproofed areas include the floor, the luggage compartment, the front and rear wheel arches from the inside, and all doors. Unlike the Premium package, we do not address the engine hood, which makes little sense for electric vehicles.
Thanks to the new materials, we were able to significantly reduce the weight of the soundproofing by approximately 35% compared to the classic Premium. The specific weight of the materials used in this fairly large vehicle is 47 kg, which brings benefits not only in terms of the electric vehicle's range. Another advantage is a more favorable price, due to single-layer application and time savings during installation. The effectiveness of the soundproofing remains at a very high level, so Aero represents an ideal solution for car owners who want to improve acoustic comfort without negatively affecting the vehicle's weight.

Our basic Standard soundproofing includes soundproofing of all important areas of the car, focusing not only on high efficiency, but also at an affordable price. In particular, we are dedicated to soundproofing the hood, front and rear doors, trunk, floor and front and rear wheel arches from the inside. We use Comfortmat anti-vibration and sound-insulating materials, especially from the Standard model series, thanks to which we are able to reduce the price to a lower level. However, we apply the same materials as in the Premium soundproofing package to the areas most affected by noise. Thanks to this, our basic package already enables highly effective noise reduction, which at the given price has no equivalent on our market.

The Standard Light sound deadening package is intended for all customers who require a very effective sound deadening of the car, but taking into account the low weight of the materials. We soundproof the same areas as the Standard package, i.e. the hood, front and rear doors, floor, trunk and front and rear wheel arches. However, we use different materials that excel in light weight while maintaining high efficiency. In the first and second layers of noise reduction, we apply lightweight anti-vibration and sound-insulating materials, which allow for 30 percent lower weight and at the same time only slightly lower efficiency than with the Standard package. Compared to our most efficient Expert and Expert Plus packages, this is a weight reduction of up to 50 percent.

Our most popular Premium sound deadening package includes almost complete vehicle sound deadening in addition to the roof. And as the name of the package suggests, we work exclusively with top-quality Comfortmat materials from the Premium model range, and in the areas most affected by noise and vibration, we use materials from the top Expert range. Specifically, as part of this package, we soundproof the hood, front and rear doors, floor, luggage compartment, front and rear wheel arches from the inside and the fifth door. Compared to the Standard package, we therefore not only choose significantly more effective anti-vibration and sound-insulating materials, but also soundproof the fifth door. The result is a rapid reduction in noise and an acceptable weight of the materials.

We use stronger and more effective materials and apply professional anti-vibration and soundproofing materials from the top Expert range to almost all areas of the car, which boast record and unsurpassed efficiency. So if you demand the best without compromise, our Premium Plus sound deadening package is the clear choice.

The Expert sound deadening package already includes complete vehicle sound deadening. Specifically, as part of this package, we focus on the hood, roof, torpedo, front, rear and fifth doors, floor, luggage compartment and on the front and rear wheel arches from the inside of the car. We choose the same anti-vibration and soundproofing materials as with the Premium sound deadening package, but we also pay attention to the roof and the torpedo. This will enable comprehensive soundproofing without the risk of increased noise in places where additional sound insulation has not been carried out. With the Expert soundproofing package, you get not only rapid noise reduction, but also thermal insulation, and is therefore the most recommended solution if the car is not equipped with a sunroof or a panoramic roof.

Our Expert Plus sound deadening package for the most demanding clients is a complete car sound deadening with the highest efficiency that attacks the 5 dB limit at highway speed.
