CAN Bus Information

Connectors and Power Supply:

ISO / Mini ISO connector Porsche.
For vehicles with MOST OEM sound system: Active system adapter Mercedes/Porsche MOST → CINCH.
For vehicles with Mini ISO yellow OEM sound system: Active system adapter Audi 2/4 channel Mini ISO → ISO.
For OEM system with ISO speaker connector: +12 V Amp Remote (0.75 mm² black/red) in ISO power connector.

Configuration:

Check DIP switches according to the type of aftermarket radio.
Supports OEM units PCM 2.0, PCM 2.1, CDR23, CDR24.

Diagnostic LED Indication:

Pink wire: +12V ignition (Klemme 15) max. 1.5A.
Orange wire: +12V lighting (Klemme 58) max. 0.1A.
White wire: +12V reverse max. 1.5A.
Yellow/green, yellow/red: speed signal.

Important Additional Information

Designed for aftermarket radios Sony, Kenwood, Panasonic, JVC, Pioneer, Blaupunkt, Clarion, Alpine, LG, Zenec, Becker.
To fully activate the adapter, an interconnecting cable for the specific radio brand is required.

General Installation Guidelines

Pre-installation Verification:

Check all control functions and vehicle settings with the original OEM head unit.
Disconnect the original radio (OEM HU) without power.
Verify all interface connections to ensure they are correctly connected – without power.

Connection and Installation Order:

Check the interface settings and HW configuration – without power.
Verify the connection cable configuration to the HU – without power.
Connect the cable to the HU according to the aftermarket device instructions.
Connect other wires according to the device instructions.
Connect the entire installation to the vehicle – connect the main power supply last.
Perform software configuration of the interface according to product description or instructions.
Configure the aftermarket HU (e.g., steering wheel control, camera, hands-free, antenna power).
Perform a functional test of the steering wheel control and vehicle communication.

Change of Interface and HU Cable Configuration:

Make all changes without power.
Repeat steps 5 to 8 mentioned above.

In Case of Interface or Vehicle System Malfunction:

Reinstall the original OEM HU.
Start the original unit.
Initiate CAN Bus system shutdown.
Check the interface HW configuration.
After CAN Bus shutdown, repeat steps 5 and 6 mentioned above.
