BMW 4 (F32) - replacement of Harman Kardon speakers

Replacement of the speakers in the front doors of a BMW 4 (F32) with factory Harman Kardon equipment. BMW owners who are not satisfied with the sound from the Harman Kardon speakers have few upgrade options, because the presence of optical cables makes it impossible to connect another amplifier without complicated and expensive rewiring. The solution is therefore to replace the speakers and subwoofers with full connection to the existing Harman Kardon amplifier. This approach has proven successful for us many times, because the original Harman amplifier is not bad at all and provides adequate power for the speakers. In this case we and the customer chose an economical solution of replacing only the front speakers. As usual, we selected Audison speakers, which have the same shape, size and connectors as the factory speakers and thus represent the most attractive OEM-compatible option. The replacement is therefore easy and requires no intervention in the original electrical wiring. And what change can you expect compared to the optional Harman Kardon sound system? Audison speakers not only deliver better sound than the Harman Kardon speakers, they also have higher sensitivity, which positively affects output and distortion at higher volumes. The original Harman amplifier suits the Audison speakers very well, and the result is significantly cleaner and more detailed sound with natural highs, as well as increased power. View products >Hide products >
