BMW X5 (F15) - complete sound system from Audison with DSP processor

Installation of an audio system into a BMW X5 (F15) from the Italian manufacturer Audison, which is exceptional not only for its high-quality sound and power, but also for installation without the slightest alteration to the original wiring. This is thanks to a sophisticated harness system that ensures complete integration with the factory head unit, without any cutting, soldering or running new cables. Audison speakers and subwoofers have the same dimensions, shape, mounting and connectors as the factory speakers and the whole solution is therefore in the spirit of Plug & Play. This means you won't risk losing the warranty on a new car, the system can be removed at any time and everything returned to its original state, and of course installation time is also greatly reduced. In this particular vehicle the "optional" Hi‑Fi Sound System (S676A) was fitted, which includes component speakers in the front doors, a center speaker in the dashboard, rear component speakers in the roof and 200 mm subwoofers under the seats. Everything is connected to the factory amplifier in the luggage compartment. However, the sound quality by far does not match the car's price and the sound is rather below average. The new source for the speakers is an eight-channel digital amplifier with an Audison DSP processor, which delivers power to all speakers and subwoofers. Its main advantage, however, is the installation. Thanks to a specific cable the amplifier is connected to the original wiring that led to the factory amplifier. We therefore use the original power, ground and speaker cables without any modification. The final stage of the installation is tuning the speakers on the DSP processor. In an intuitive program we set the speaker arrangement, bridge the subwoofers for higher power, configure crossovers, apply time corrections according to speaker placement and use a detailed equalizer. The result is high-quality sound tuned specifically for the vehicle, which in quality and power significantly outperforms even optional higher-class systems from Harmann Kardon or Bang & Olufsen.View products >Hide products >
