Mercedes-Benz Vito - soundproofing and speaker replacement

Soundproofing of a Mercedes-Benz Vito in our highest configuration and, on that occasion, replacement of the speakers. There is not much need to elaborate about vehicles like the Mercedes-Benz Vito, V-Class and similar. Every week we have several of these vehicles in the workshop for soundproofing, which is primarily due to the completely missing factory sound insulation. While driving you can therefore inevitably hear unpleasant noise from the engine, wheels, road surface and aerodynamic noise. The solution is additional sound insulation with top-quality materials from Comfortmat, which has long represented a world leader in vehicle soundproofing. Together with the owner we selected our Expert Plus soundproofing package, which includes insulation of all key areas using the most effective materials from the professional Expert line. Specifically, we focused on the front, sliding and rear doors, the floor, the sides, the roof, the front and rear wheel arches from the vehicle side, the hood and the dash. We also replaced the factory speakers in the front doors and the rear part of the vehicle with Italian Audison components. The Vito therefore leaves us not only perfectly soundproofed but also with improved audio. We completed the installation within one working day thanks to four technicians working simultaneously.
