How to use
- Surface preparation is crucial for correct product performance. Remove loose rust, paint and contaminants with a wire brush or sandpaper.
- Thoroughly degrease and rinse the surface with clean water to remove all dust and grease. Insufficient degreasing can cause defects in the applied layer.
- Shake the product well and pour the required amount into a non-metallic container. Never return unused product to the original container to avoid contamination.
- Apply two coats at 30-minute intervals. Work the first coat well into the pores and smooth it with a brush in one direction. Avoid over-application.
- Apply the second coat at a 90-degree angle to the direction of the first coat.
- For best results, allow the coating to cure for 24 hours before applying a topcoat. If you are in a hurry, further coats can be applied after 3 hours without significant loss of effectiveness.
- When spraying, first apply a light mist, let it flash off for 5 to 10 minutes, then apply a full coat.
- Do not use the product at temperatures below 10 °C, as low temperatures significantly slow the reaction time and formation of the protective barrier.
- After finishing, wash used tools and equipment with clean water.
- Before applying a topcoat, we recommend testing color compatibility on a small, less visible area.
