Unique zinc spray - Bilt Hamber Electrox can protect steel from corrosion and maintain electrical functionality. Electroplated steel creates a surface layer containing more than 90% metallic zinc. Once the hardened solid zinc particles form an electrically conductive path, they enable cathodic protection of the underlying steel - exactly the same principle used in hot-dip galvanizing. Galvanized steel has been proven to provide excellent durability even in the harshest and most aggressive environments. For many metals there is a problem with industrial galvanizing, e.g. due to size or non-transferability. That's why Bilt Hamber came up with its zinc spray, which meets the most stringent quality standards for galvanizing.
