Porsche 911 Carrera T - from standard Bose to premium sound

Replacement of the factory Bose sound system in the Porsche 911 Carrera T. This iconic sports car offers a unique driving experience, however the original Bose system did not match the quality of the vehicle nor the owner's expectations. We therefore designed a new audio system to provide a befitting musical experience, with the installation carried out completely out of sight and all new components placed in the original factory locations.

For Porsche models we most often use the proven combination of Morel tweeters and midrange drivers, which are among the absolute top in terms of detail and fidelity. We complemented these drivers with powerful 200 mm Gladen mid-woofers from the top Zeta series. The result is a three-way system that impresses not only with its reproduction quality but also with excellent dynamics, perfectly matching the sporty spirit of this car. Power is supplied by a Helix amplifier with an integrated DSP processor, discreetly hidden in the floor area.

The final tuning was performed by measuring the speakers' frequency response and adjusting the settings in the DSP processor software to achieve a balanced, spatially accurate and dynamic sound that fully respects the acoustics of the Porsche 911 interior. The result is an audio system that complements the overall character of the car in both quality and energy and enhances the experience of every drive.
