Corrosion Protection - Bilt Hamber Etchweld
Etchweld is a corrosion protection spray. Etchweld is a one-component, high-performance self-adhesive primer that provides extremely high levels of adhesion to steel parts. It protects the surface from corrosion and promotes excellent adhesion for a huge number of intermediate and topcoats, and even increases the durability of the powder coating. Etchweld can be used on some non-metallic surfaces. It can provide a high level of adhesion to coatings applied to non-ferrous substrates such as aluminum and zinc treated surfaces. Etchweld does not contain heavy metals or chromates.
How to use Bilt Hamber Etchweld (500ml)
- Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface.
- Always shake the can thoroughly for min. 2 minutes before use.
- Subsequently, it is possible to carry out spraying.
- Allow to dry for 24 hours.
