• Mercedes C-class (W204) (03/2007->01/2011) without OEM audio system, connected to 40 Pin Quadlock and +12V constant yellow power Klemme 30 secured from battery, blue antenna remote wire.
• Mercedes E-class (S212) (07/2009->01/2013) without OEM audio system, connected to 40 Pin Quadlock and +12V constant yellow power Klemme 30 secured from battery, blue antenna remote wire.
• Mercedes E-class (W212) (03/2009->01/2013) without OEM audio system, connected to 40 Pin Quadlock and +12V constant yellow power Klemme 30 secured from battery, blue antenna remote wire.

General Installation Instructions

Verification Before Installation

1. Check all control functions and vehicle settings with the original OEM radio.
2. Perform OEM unit removal without power.
3. Check all interface connections without power.

Connection and Wiring Sequence

1. Perform all settings and configurations without power.
2. Check the radio connection cable configuration.
3. Connect the cable according to the aftermarket radio instructions.
4. Connect other wires as per device instructions.
5. Connect the main power supply last.
6. Perform software configuration of the interface according to the instructions in the description and BDA.
7. Configure the aftermarket radio for SWC functions, camera, hands-free, antenna power, etc.
8. Test the steering wheel control functions and vehicle communication.

Interface and HU Cable Configuration Change

• Make changes without power.
• After changes, follow steps 5–8 above.

In Case of Interface or Vehicle System Malfunction

• Reinstall the original OEM unit in the vehicle.
• Turn on the OEM unit.
• Wait for the CAN Bus to sleep.
• Check the hardware configuration of the interface.
• After the CAN Bus sleeps, follow steps 5–8 above.

When Modifying Connections or Wiring
