CAN Bus Information

Connection: 52-pin Fiat connector.
OEM reversing camera: Yellow Cinch (male) into radio camera input.
Supported OEM units: Continental 250VP1 / 250VP2, UConnect, Daiichi.
DIP switches for trip meter error: 1 ON for 250VP1, 2 ON for 250VP2, 3 ON for Blue&Me, 4 ON for Pioneer, 1 OFF + 2 OFF + 3 ON for Daiichi. Adjust without power and let the CAN Bus sleep after changes.
Incompatible with vehicles with persistent errors and different software.
Not supported: on-board computer and vehicle settings, high beam assistant, selected assistance systems, date/time settings.

OEM Reversing Camera – OEM Connector Wiring

OEM Camera Adapter 52-pin Fiat / 32-pin Ford: 771000-2000.
Red: Pin 31 Video+.
White: Pin 32 Video−.
Black: Pin 33 shielding.

Provided Signals

+12 V Ignition (Klemme 15).
+12 V Illumination (Klemme 58).
+12 V Reverse signal.
Speed signal.
GND Handbrake.
Maximum output load: 100 mA. Use a relay with a minimum coil resistance of 75 Ω (1 relay) or 150 Ω (2 relays) for consumption over 100 mA.

Important Additional Information

A specific brand radio connection cable is required for full adapter activation.

General Installation Guidelines

Pre-installation Verification

Check all vehicle control functions and settings with the original OEM radio.
Remove the OEM unit without power.
With no power, check all interface connections for accuracy and continuity.

Connection and Wiring Order

Perform interface settings and hardware configuration without power.
Check the connection cable configuration to the unit.
Connect the cable to the unit according to the aftermarket radio instructions.
Connect all other wires as per the aftermarket radio instructions.
Connect the main power connection to the vehicle last.
Perform software configuration of the interface according to the description and BDA.
Configure the aftermarket radio for SWC, camera, hands-free, and antenna power functions.
Conduct a functional test of the steering wheel control and vehicle communication.

Changes to Interface Configuration and Unit Cable

Make all changes without power.
After changes, repeat steps 5-8 listed above.

In Case of Interface or Vehicle System Malfunction

Reinstall the original OEM unit in the vehicle.
Turn on the OEM unit.
Wait for the CAN Bus to sleep.
Check the hardware configuration of the interface.
After the CAN Bus sleeps, follow steps 5-8 listed above.
