It is a polishing pad made from foam, known for its noticeable cutting performance while maintaining a very high level of final gloss. It stands out from other U-series pads with its medium hardness and very comfortable handling. These features make it excellent as the first pad in multi-step corrections, especially for soft and very soft coatings, but it is also suitable for one-step paint corrections.

Honey COMBination U-series are highly advanced polishing pads made from open-cell foam. By using carefully selected open-cell foam pads, this series offers unique polishing power while ensuring unprecedented air circulation. This feature, combined with the center hole (only for larger diameters), allows for reducing the temperature of the polished surface, the pad itself, and the polisher. The safe thickness of the pad and the side profile with a thoughtfully beveled shape allow for higher work safety comfort and precision in harder-to-reach areas. These pads are made from carefully selected and high-quality materials, making them reusable.

How to Care for Polishing Pads

• Caring for polishing pads is crucial for their longevity and future polishing capabilities.
• During use, the temperature of the pad is very important for its lifespan, as it can heat up to high temperatures when polishing paint.
• If you polish paint for a long time and frequently overheat the pad, you significantly shorten its lifespan.
• Monitor the temperature, and if the pad overheats, let it cool down for a while.
• High temperatures affect both the foam and the adhesive of the pad.
• The polishing pad needs to be cleaned regularly during the polishing process, or it will stop functioning, and paint polishing will be ineffective.
• When the pad is clogged with polishing paste, it needs to be addressed.
• You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to a lower speed, then brush out the old paste. Hold the brush in hand and let the polisher rotate the pad.
• Be careful not to throw used paste onto the polished paint of the car during rotary cleaning.
• If you have an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad while the polisher is turned on.
• After a successful machine polishing process, the pad should be prepared for future use.
• We recommend washing the polishing pad in a washing machine at 40 °C with a detergent meant for microfiber.
• Do not wash pads together with towels or cloths!
• Do not put the pads in a dryer after washing; let them dry naturally on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
• If you don't have a washing machine, you can wash the pads by hand using some APC cleaners by diluting them accordingly.
• Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed clean plastic box.
