Abrasive Disc Honey COMBination Polishing Pad 2Face Fiber (135 mm)
The Honey COMBination Polishing Pad 2Face Fiber is a microfiber polishing pad designed for one-step paint correction for orbital polishers. The pad is made from microfiber with two types of fibers: white (aggressive) and black (finishing). The combination of abrasive and finishing fibers in one product allows for the use of a single pad for different steps, such as sanding and final polishing. The 20% shorter fibers slow down the clogging effect of the pad with paste, making cleaning quick and easy. Thanks to the use of an open-cell foam layer between the microfiber and the hook and loop backing, the pad offers high work comfort, greater durability, and significantly reduced working temperature. The hole in the center of the pad ensures better cooling during work and facilitates mounting on the backing plate. The HoneyCombination 2Face Fiber Pad is made from selected, high-quality materials, allowing for repeated use.

How to Care for Polishing Pads
- Caring for polishing pads is crucial for their longevity and future polishing performance.
- During use, the temperature of the pad, which can heat up significantly during paint polishing, is vital for its lifespan.
- If you sand the paint for a prolonged period and frequently overheat the pad, this significantly reduces its lifespan.
- Monitor the temperature and allow the pad to cool if it becomes overheated.
- High temperatures affect both the foam and adhesive of the pad.
- The polishing pad needs frequent cleaning during the polishing process, otherwise it will cease to function effectively.
- Once the pad is clogged with polishing paste, it must be addressed.
- You can use a medium-soft brush to brush away the old paste with the polisher set at low speed, holding the brush in your hand and allowing the polisher to spin the pad.
- Be careful not to throw used paste onto the polished paintwork during rotary cleaning.
- If you have an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad in the same manner with the polisher turned on.
- After successful machine polishing, the pad also needs to be prepared for future use.
- We recommend washing the polishing pad in a washing machine at 40°C, using a detergent suitable for microfiber.
- Never wash pads together with towels or cloths!
- Do not tumble dry pads; instead, let them air dry, laying them on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
- If a washing machine is unavailable, you can wash pads by hand using an APC cleaner, diluted at a ratio of 1:6.
- Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a sealed clean plastic container.
