The Honey COMBination Polishing Pad 2Face Fiber is a microfiber polishing pad designed for one-step paint correction with orbital polishers. The pad is made from microfiber with two types of fibers: white (aggressive) and black (finishing). The combination of abrasive and finishing fibers in one product allows the use of a single pad for different steps, such as sanding and final polishing. The 20% shorter fibers slow down the clogging effect with paste and make cleaning quick and easy. Thanks to the use of an open-cell foam layer between the microfiber and hook-and-loop attachment, the pad offers high working comfort, greater durability, and significantly reduced working temperature. The central hole in the pad ensures better cooling during work and facilitates attachment to the backing plate. How to Care for Polishing Pads

• Caring for polishing pads is crucial for their longevity and future polishing capabilities.
• The temperature of the pad itself is critical during work, as it can heat up significantly during paint polishing.
• Frequent overheating during prolonged polishing significantly shortens the pad's lifespan.
• Monitor the temperature, and if the pad overheats, allow it to cool down.
• Both the foam and adhesive suffer at high temperatures.
• Regular cleaning during the polishing process is essential; otherwise, the pad stops functioning effectively.
• Address any clogging with polishing paste immediately.
• Use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to lower speeds to brush away old paste. Simply hold the brush and let the polisher spin the pad.
• Avoid spinning used paste onto polished surfaces.
• If you have an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad while the polisher is running.
• After successful machine polishing, ensure the pad is in a condition for future use.
• We recommend washing the pad in a machine at 40°C using a detergent suitable for microfiber.
• Do not wash pads with towels or cloths!
• Do not use a dryer; let them air dry on a towel with the polishing side down.
• If no washing machine is available, hand wash with an APC cleaner, diluted at a 1:6 ratio.
• Store polishing pads in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed clean plastic box.
