The two-way 10cm/4-inch component systems UG BMW 10 W U (W-basket) demonstrate their perfection in every detail. From the innovative die-cast aluminum basket to the specially developed carbon fiber sandwich cone, these speakers are true masterpieces. The tweeter cone is crafted from fine carbon fibers, bonded in multiple layers to create a rigid, exceptionally lightweight sandwich membrane - the foundation for uncompromisingly powerful high-end sound. The anodized aluminum dust cap ensures optimal heat dissipation, and the powerful neodymium magnet with a large core and polished pole plate provides explosive subtle dynamics that are unmatched! The extremely flat neodymium magnet allows for plug & play installation even in tight mounting spaces of current vehicle models without additional adapter rings or covers while maintaining the original design. The newly developed 28mm (1 1/8 inch) tweeter with a large voice coil has the smart installation dimensions of the original 25mm tweeter. The silkily smooth-sounding fabric dome tweeter has a special hand-applied coating that counters interference. The multi-vented enclosure ensures powerful, contoured, and exceptionally precise high-frequency reproduction.
