From the innovative die-cast aluminum basket to the specially developed carbon fiber sandwich membrane, these speakers are true masterpieces. The tweeter membrane is crafted from fine carbon fibers, bonded in multiple layers to create a rigid, exceptionally light sandwich membrane - the foundation for uncompromising high-end sound performance. The anodized aluminum dust cover for optimal heat dissipation and powerful neodymium magnet with a large core and polished pole plate ensure explosive, subtle dynamics that are unmatched! The extremely flat neodymium magnet allows for plug & play installation even in tight mounting spaces of contemporary vehicle models without additional adapter rings or covers, while maintaining the original design. The newly developed 28mm (1 1/8 inch) tweeter with a large voice coil has the smart installation dimensions of the original 25mm tweeter. The silk-smooth sounding fabric dome tweeter features a specially hand-applied coating that counteracts interference. The multiple-vented enclosure ensures powerful, contoured, and exceptionally accurate high-frequency reproduction.
