A highly effective anti-corrosion wax designed for long-term protection of steel components and vehicle underbodies. Thanks to its advanced formulation, it can effectively stop existing corrosion and reliably prevent new corrosion from forming. On treated surfaces it creates a durable protective barrier that withstands harsh winter conditions, moisture and road salt.

The vehicle underbody is constantly exposed to mechanical wear from flying stones, water and road treatments. This product addresses that problem with special elastic polymers that form an exceptionally tough wax film after application. This coating is significantly more resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage than common underbody waxes, ensuring greatly extended protection life.

Unlike traditional asphalt-based coatings, this wax does not flake or crack over time. Cracks in common protective coatings often trap water directly against the steel, paradoxically accelerating corrosion beneath them. This wax retains its flexibility, does not create air pockets and, once dry, forms a brown, touch-dry wax film that seals and protects the metal perfectly.

A major advantage is its ability to actively inhibit corrosion even on areas already lightly affected by rust. Active anti-corrosion additives penetrate deep into the surface structure and halt the oxidation process. The exceptional effectiveness of this product has also been confirmed in demanding laboratory salt spray tests according to ASTM B117, where it shows excellent results compared to common protective materials.

How to use

• Apply by spraying onto a dry, ideally pre-cleaned surface free of loose debris and flaking rust.
• Apply at least two coats with a 24-hour interval between coats.

• The aim is to achieve an even dry film thickness of approximately 80 to 100 microns.
• Product viscosity may vary depending on ambient temperature.
