Underbodies are constantly exposed to demanding conditions such as moisture, de-icing salt and flying stones. This product contains special elastic polymers that create an exceptionally tough waxy coating. This film is significantly more resistant to mechanical abrasion than typical underbody waxes, ensuring extended protection even in the most exposed areas.

Unlike traditional asphalt-based coatings that tend to crack, flake and trap moisture underneath, this wax retains its flexibility and integrity. Both non-corroding and already corroded surfaces are protected long-term and reliably thanks to strongly polar corrosion inhibitors. Its resistance to corrosive effects has been proven in rigorous salt spray tests according to ASTM B117.

After application a dry, brown waxy film forms that does not stick to the touch and reliably protects the metal. This version is intended for brushing or rolling on, which allows precise and thicker application to specific underbody areas. The consistency may vary with ambient temperature – from a slightly granular texture to a firm gel.

Instructions for use

• Apply using a brush or roller.
• Apply to a dry surface free of loose rust and contaminants.
• Best results are achieved on a pre-cleaned surface.
• Apply at least two coats at 24-hour intervals.
• The first coat prepares the surface and allows subsequent coats to build a stronger film.
• The aim is to achieve an even dry film thickness of approximately 80 to 100 microns.
• Product viscosity may change with temperature from a soft granular consistency to a firm gel.
