How to use

• The corrosion inhibitors in the product can protect clean and slightly corroded steel, but for optimal results the surface should first be thoroughly cleaned.
• For underbody parts we recommend washing with high-pressure water or steam using the degreaser Surfex HD.
• Before application rinse the surface well with clean water, dry and degrease with white spirit or a similar solvent.
• Apply the wax in several thin coats, building up the protective film gradually instead of applying one thick layer.
• At a dry film thickness of around 50 micrometres the applied layer remains practically transparent.
• The product fully cures within 24 to 96 hours, however the vehicle can be used if necessary already 30 minutes after application.
• After the winter season the protective wax can be easily removed with a warm solution of the degreaser Surfex HD or wiped off with a suitable solvent.
