Morel Acudamp MAT-345.5 is a premium three-layer material with an overall thickness of 4.5 mm, designed for significant reduction of noise, vibrations and thermal-acoustic losses in the vehicle interior. It combines a butyl layer for vibration damping, a 60-micron aluminum foil for surface stabilization and, additionally, a three-millimeter closed-cell insulation layer that provides effective sound and thermal insulation. Thanks to this construction it can replace multiple layers of conventional soundproofing and greatly simplify installation – it is applied in a single layer while providing performance comparable to more complex multi-layer solutions. This material is intended for all body areas where high efficiency, comfort and long service life are required. The closed-cell structure makes it fully waterproof, non-absorbent and stable even in areas with higher humidity or temperature stress. The aluminum layer preserves malleability and strength while offering very good adhesion and easy handling during installation.

How to apply

Morel Acudamp MAT-345.5 is, due to its multi-layer composition, suitable for effective prevention of vibrations while also reducing noise. It is applied in a single layer to virtually any part of the body. Thanks to its moderate thickness and high flexibility, application is easy and trouble-free. For correct function we recommend using pressure roller when applying to ensure perfect contact with the surface.
