Key features of this series include the handmade MT120N tweeter with a silk dome and patented Acuflex™ coating, offering excellent high-frequency performance with very low distortion levels. The midbass drivers with a unified chassis and powerful EVC™ motor ensure outstanding dynamics and high performance. The Virtus series and the Morel Virtus 63.4 three-way system also include a 75 mm midrange driver with an extended frequency range and high-quality crossovers with MXR technology and typical Morel design. Virtus offers even greater versatility in system assembly and is available in 2 or 4-ohm impedance versions. This allows you to maximize the performance of your amplification source, whether it's a factory head unit or an aftermarket amplifier. Choose the impedance that best suits your setup and unleash the full potential of your audio system. All individual components are also available separately, making the Virtus series the most versatile from Morel.

Morel Virtus MT120N Tweeters

An essential part of the Morel Virtus speaker system, the MT120N tweeters feature high resolution and a hand-coated silk dome with patented Acuflex™ coating. The tweeters offer excellent high-frequency performance with very low distortion in a compact design. The 28 mm aluminum coil, along with a powerful neodymium magnet and low resonant frequency, ensures high performance and minimal distortion. The small size of the tweeter allows for seamless installation in factory car positions, with options for surface or flush mounting. It also comes with a beautiful lotus grille providing an elegant look suitable for modern vehicles. However, the impressive design is not just about looks. The specific pattern of holes in various shapes and sizes is designed to minimize the "horn" effect, a high-frequency peak caused by resonant frequency in grilles with equally sized holes found in most speakers.

Morel Virtus MW6 Midbass Speakers

At first glance, the unified basket with an unconventional design stands out, allowing adaptation to the space constraints of modern cars. Inside, you'll find several exclusive Morel technologies. Noteworthy is the powerful EVC™ motor with a 2.1" large voice coil. The EVC™ design moves the magnetic drive system inside the voice coil and eliminates stray magnetic flux by effectively directing all magnetic energy into the voice coil. The result is an ultra-efficient and powerful system that is highly compact with effective heat dissipation and reduced diaphragm breakup for less distortion. The Hexatech™ voice coil, made from 100% aluminum wire in a honeycomb shape, reduces air gaps in the coil winding, increasing efficiency by up to 20%. It also includes a powerful dual ferrite magnet system for high performance and excellent diaphragm control. The C.A.R. Filter™ improves acoustic load by controlled airflow inside the speaker, resulting in performance control improvement by up to 30%. This provides greater control over diaphragm movement for better bass dynamics. Finally, a very lightweight composite cellulose fiber diaphragm ensures faithful midbass sound with minimal distortion. A protective grille is included.
