The completely redesigned and legendary Virtus series represents a significant technological advancement by Morel in materials and innovation. Aesthetically and acoustically enhanced, the Virtus series brings emotion to music with its balanced rich and natural mids, detailed high frequencies, and vibrant bass. Key features include the handcrafted MT120N tweeter with a silk dome and patented Acuflex™ coating, offering excellent high-frequency performance with very low distortion levels. The mid-bass speakers with a unified chassis and powerful EVC™ motor ensure excellent dynamics and high performance. The Virtus series and the Morel Virtus 63.4 three-way system also include a 75mm midrange speaker with an extended frequency range and high-quality crossovers with MXR technology and Morel's signature design. Virtus offers even more versatility in system setup and is available in 2 or 4-ohm impedance variants. This allows you to maximize the performance of your amplification source, whether it's a factory head unit or an aftermarket amplifier. Choose the impedance that best suits your setup to unleash the full potential of your audio system. All individual components are also available separately, making the Virtus series the most versatile from Morel.

Morel Virtus MW6.2 Mid-Bass Speakers

The unified basket with an unconventional design is immediately striking, allowing it to adapt to the space constraints of today's cars. Inside, you'll find several exclusive Morel technologies. Notable is the powerful EVC™ motor with a 2.1" large voice coil. The EVC™ design moves the magnetic drive system inside the voice coil and eliminates stray magnetic flux by efficiently directing all magnetic energy into the voice coil. The result is an ultra-efficient and powerful system, highly compact with effective heat dissipation and reduced diaphragm breakup for less distortion. The Hexatech™ voice coil, made from 100% aluminum wire in a honeycomb shape, reduces air gaps in the coil winding, increasing efficiency by up to 20%. It also includes a powerful dual ferrite magnet system for high performance and excellent diaphragm control. The C.A.R. Filter™ improves acoustic loading by controlled airflow inside the speaker, resulting in performance control improvement by up to 30%. This provides greater diaphragm movement control for better bass dynamics. Finally, the very lightweight composite cellulose fiber diaphragm ensures faithful mid-bass sound with minimal distortion. A protective grille is included.
