ADBL Roller Hard Cut DA
A hard abrasive pad specially designed for use with orbital dual action polishers helps effectively remove deeper scratches and paint defects. Thanks to an innovative shape and high-quality foam it delivers stable cutting performance and safety during use. It is an ideal aid for quick paint correction in combination with any type of abrasive compound.
When removing significant defects, scratches and oxidation from paintwork, choosing the right accessory is crucial. This hard pad is designed to transfer the polisher's power directly to the paint surface and allow fast and effective sanding. The specially developed foam structure resists heavy loads and retains its properties even during extended polishing.
The pad's construction considers both efficiency and safety. The slightly conical edge shape minimizes the risk of damaging paint in hard-to-reach areas or when the polisher is tilted. The diameter of the hook-and-loop fastening is deliberately larger than the backing plate diameter, which significantly simplifies and speeds up centring, mounting and subsequent removal of the pad from the polisher.
The pad is fully compatible with all types of abrasive compounds, making it a universal tool for paint correction. It is intended for use with a 125 mm backing plate, while its working surface reaches 150 mm for optimal area coverage. With this pad you will achieve precise results when removing the most persistent paint defects.

How to care for polishing pads
- Proper care of pads is essential for their long life and retention of polishing performance.
- During work, monitor pad temperature, as overheating significantly shortens its life and damages both foam and adhesive.
- If the pad becomes hot after prolonged sanding, let it cool before the next use.
- Pads should be cleaned regularly during polishing so they do not become clogged with dried compound and lose their effectiveness.
- To clean a clogged pad you can use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, with the polisher running at low speed.
- If you have access to an air compressor, you can easily blow dried compound out of the rotating pad.
- After finishing, it is recommended to wash the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special detergent for microfiber, such as Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
- Never wash polishing pads together with microfiber towels or cloths.
- For hand washing without a machine use the specialized pad cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
- After washing, do not place pads in a tumble dryer; let them air dry flat with the working side down on a drying towel.
- Store pads in a dry place away from direct sunlight, preferably in a closed and clean plastic container.
