ADBL Roller One Step DA
The one-step polishing pad designed specifically for use with dual action polishers provides efficient paint correction in a single step. Thanks to top-quality foam and a well-thought-out design, it achieves excellent results with any type of polishing compound. It is an ideal choice for quickly removing minor defects while simultaneously achieving a high gloss.
When restoring paint, it is crucial to have a tool that saves time while ensuring a safe result. This polishing pad combines optimal foam firmness with a unique shape, allowing effective removal of minor scratches and holograms without risking paint damage. Its special construction ensures even pressure and minimizes vibration during use.
The innovative rounded edge shape provides maximum safety when polishing in hard-to-reach areas and body folds. The hook-and-loop backing diameter is intentionally larger than the recommended backing plate, which greatly simplifies and speeds up centering and pad changes. The pad is highly resistant to wear and maintains its properties even under prolonged load.
The pad works well with all types of abrasive and polishing compounds, making it a universal helper for every detailer and car enthusiast. The foam with an open-cell structure helps dissipate heat better, preventing overheating of the paint surface and extending the pad's lifespan. Instructions for use
- During polishing, regularly check the pad temperature, because excessive overheating significantly shortens its life.
- If the pad overheats during use, allow it to cool sufficiently before further polishing.
- Frequently clean the pad during work from accumulated polishing compound to maintain maximum polishing efficiency.
- To clean compound while the polisher is running at low speed, use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue.
- You can also blow out a clogged pad using compressed air from a compressor while the polisher is running.
- After finishing work, wash the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special microfiber detergent, such as Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
- Never wash polishing pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
- For hand washing without a machine you can use the specialized cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
- After washing the pad do not dry it in a tumble dryer; let it air-dry on a drying towel with the working side facing down.
- Store pads in a dry place out of direct sunlight, ideally in a closed clean container.
