ADBL Roller One Step DA
The ADBL Roller One Step DA is a highly effective one-step polishing pad specially designed for use with dual action polishers. Polishing requires the right combination of technique, compound and, above all, quality accessories. This one-step pad is designed to perform optimally with all types of abrasive and polishing compounds, making it a versatile assistant in paint renovation. The specially developed foam holds the compound well on the working surface, minimizes splatter and ensures even paint removal throughout the job.
The unique design with rounded edges increases safety when working in hard-to-reach areas or on body edges. The larger hook-and-loop backing diameter compared to the recommended backing plate makes centering easier and allows quick mounting and removal of the pad from the polisher. This shortens preparation time and increases overall work efficiency.
The foam used is resistant to wear and helps minimize overheating during prolonged polishing. As a result, the pad retains its optimal properties for a long time and does not degrade quickly. How to care for polishing pads
- Regularly check the pad temperature during use, because overheating significantly shortens its service life.
- High temperatures damage the foam structure and weaken the hook-and-loop adhesive.
- Regularly clean the pad during polishing to prevent clogging with dried compound.
- For dry cleaning use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, with the polisher running at low speed.
- If you have a compressor available, you can blow out accumulated compound from the pad with compressed air.
- After finishing work, wash the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special microfiber detergent; we recommend Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
- Never wash polishing pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
- For hand washing without a machine you can use the specialized cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
- Do not dry the pads in a tumble dryer; let them air-dry lying with the polishing side down on a drying towel.
- Store pads in a dry, dark place, ideally in a closable clean plastic container.
