ADBL Roller Soft Polish DA
A fine foam polishing pad designed specifically for use with orbital (dual action) polishers helps achieve a perfect final finish. It is the ideal choice for removing minor bodywork defects and for final polishing to a high gloss. The pad's thoughtful construction provides a high level of safety during work and optimal efficiency in every detailing job.
This soft pad is made from high-quality open-cell foam, ensuring good air circulation and minimizing surface heating during polishing. The specific shape with rounded edges makes guiding the polisher easier and increases safety when working in hard-to-reach areas or bodywork creases. The larger hook-and-loop backing area compared to the backing plate diameter simplifies quick centering and easy removal of the pad.
The pad is fully compatible with all types of finishing and lightly abrasive polishing compounds. It is designed to effectively remove fine holograms, micro-scratches and traces from previous heavier polishing, leaving the paint smooth and ready for application of protective wax, sealant or ceramic coating. High-quality workmanship ensures long service life even with repeated use.
With a hook-and-loop backing diameter of 75 mm and a working surface of 100 mm, this pad is suitable for polishing smaller areas, details and complex-shaped body parts. Precise pressure distribution and foam stability allow for consistent results without risk of paint damage. It is an essential helper for anyone striving for mirror-like paint gloss.

How to care for polishing pads
- Caring for polishing pads is essential for their long life and to preserve their future polishing capabilities.
- While working, monitor the pad temperature itself, which can heat up to high temperatures during paint polishing.
- Frequent overheating of the pad during prolonged polishing significantly shortens its lifespan.
- Watch the foam temperature and, if overheated, let the pad cool down for a while, as high temperatures damage both the foam and the adhesive.
- The pad must be cleaned regularly during polishing, otherwise it loses effectiveness and the work becomes inefficient.
- Clean a compound-clogged pad using a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue. Set the polisher to low speed and run it idle while using the brush to remove the old compound.
- When brushing, take care not to fling the removed compound onto already polished paintwork.
- If you have an air compressor available, you can simply blow the pad out with compressed air while the polisher is running.
- After machine polishing is finished, the pad must be brought into a condition suitable for further use.
- We recommend washing the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a detergent for microfiber, such as Gyeon Q²M TowelWash, which works excellently.
- Never wash polishing pads together with microfiber towels or cloths!
- After washing, do not put the pads in a dryer; let them dry naturally laid with the polishing side down on a drying towel.
- If you do not have a washing machine available, wash the pads by hand using a special cleaner, ADBL Pad Cleaner.
- Store polishing pads in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a clean, closed plastic box.
