ADBL Roller Polish DA is a medium-hard foam polishing pad specially designed for use with eccentric (dual action) polishers. This pad stands out for its precise workmanship and high-quality foam, ensuring efficient performance when removing light paint defects. Thanks to its specific shape it provides optimal power transfer and safety during polishing.

This polishing pad is designed to work seamlessly with all types of polishing compounds, making it a versatile aid in paint restoration. The foam used is highly durable and maintains its properties even under prolonged load. The pad is an ideal choice for the second polishing step, when you need to remove light scratches, holograms and prepare the surface for the final finish.

The unique conical shape with a wider working area provides an excellent safety margin when working near edges and in hard-to-reach places. The diameter of the hook-and-loop fastening is intentionally larger than the diameter of the recommended backing plate, which significantly simplifies and speeds up centering, fitting and subsequent removal of the pad from the polisher. This thoughtful design minimizes the risk of unintended contact between the backing plate and the vehicle paint.

The pad is optimized for eccentric (dual action) polishers, where it effectively distributes pressure and heat generated by oscillating motion. The medium foam hardness allows effective paint correction for light defects, or serves as a follow-up step after using very abrasive cutting pads. The result is an evenly corrected surface with a high gloss ready for paint protection application.

How to use

• Regularly monitor the pad temperature during polishing, as excessive overheating significantly shortens the life of the foam and adhesive.
• During longer polishing sessions let the pad cool down in time to prevent overheating.
• Clean the pad frequently from accumulated polishing compound to maintain maximum polishing efficiency.
• For dry cleaning of the compound, use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, at low polisher speeds.
• If you have access to a compressor, simply blow the accumulated compound out of the pad with compressed air while the polisher is spinning.
• After finishing work we recommend washing the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special microfiber detergent such as Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
• Never wash pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
• For hand washing without a machine you can use the specialized cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
• After washing do not tumble dry the pads; let them air dry naturally on a drying towel with the polishing side facing down.
• Store polishing pads in a dry, dark place, ideally in a sealable clean box.
