The medium-hard polishing pad specially designed for use with eccentric (dual action) polishers ensures effective removal of light paint defects. Thanks to precise workmanship and an optimal shape it provides a high level of safety and maximum control during polishing. It is an ideal intermediate step after heavy sanding or a great choice for one-step paint polishing.

When correcting paint, not only the right choice of polishing compound but also the quality and construction of the pad itself are crucial. This product excels with its well-thought-out conical shape, which ensures even pressure distribution and minimizes the risk of unintended contact between the backing plate and the vehicle paint. The special foam structure retains its properties even under prolonged load and works effectively with all types of polishing compounds.

One of the main advantages is the hook-and-loop overlap beyond the diameter of the backing plate. This design solution significantly simplifies and speeds up centering, fitting and removing the pad from the polisher, saving valuable time during work. The pad with a 100 mm working surface diameter is ideal for polishing hard-to-reach areas, recesses and smaller details on the bodywork.

The high-quality polyurethane foam with an open cell structure helps dissipate heat generated during polishing. This reduces the risk of overheating the paint and the pad itself, contributing to longer material life and stable polishing performance throughout the job. How to use

• Before starting work make sure the pad is properly centered on a 75 mm backing plate.
• Regularly monitor the pad temperature during polishing, as excessive overheating significantly shortens its life.
• If overheated, let the pad cool completely before further polishing.
• The pad must be cleaned regularly from polishing compound residues to maintain maximum efficiency.
• For dry cleaning use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, with the polisher running at low speed.
• If you have a compressor available, blow the paste residues out of the pad with compressed air.
• After finishing work wash the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special detergent such as Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
• Never wash polishing pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
• After washing do not leave pads in the dryer; let them air dry on a drying towel with the working side facing down.
• For hand washing without a machine we recommend using the cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
• Store pads in a dry and clean place away from direct sunlight, preferably in a sealable plastic box.
