How to use
- Wash the car and remove loose dirt – the vehicle should be dry or slightly damp, and the paint cool.
- Tear off a piece of clay (approx. 1/3–2/3 of the block) and shape it into a palm-sized patty.
- Use a lubricant – it is recommended to spray a light layer of a suitable product (e.g. a detailer or other lubricant) onto the panel and the clay so it glides without pulling.
- Gently glide the clay over the panel in even strokes – work panel by panel, keeping the surface lubricated.
- Once you feel the surface is smooth (no more dragging), move to the next area.
- Continuously reshape the clay to expose a clean side and prevent contamination buildup.
- If the clay falls on the ground, discard it to avoid damaging the surface.
- After finishing a panel wipe the surface with a microfiber towel to remove remaining lubricant.
- You can then proceed with paint correction, polishing or applying a suitable protection – e.g. wax, sealant or ceramic coating.
- Finally return the clay to its original box and store it in a dry place.
