ADBL Clay Mitt
ADBL Clay Mitt represents a modern and effective method of mechanical paint decontamination that replaces traditional cleaning clay. This special glove with a functional polymer layer easily removes embedded contaminants such as tar, resin, asphalt and insect residues. Thanks to its ergonomic shape and ease of use, it significantly reduces the time needed to perfectly clean the bodywork.
Everyday use leaves rough contaminants on the paint that cannot be removed by ordinary washing. Traditional claying works but can be time-consuming and if the clay is dropped on the ground it becomes unusable. This glove elegantly solves that problem because its polymer surface is durable and, if soiled, can simply be rinsed with water.
Working with the glove is much faster than with a classic clay bar. Thanks to the larger surface area and comfortable fit on the hand, you cover individual body panels in a fraction of the time. The polymer layer effectively traps contaminants without risking damage to the paint, provided the correct procedure and sufficient lubrication are followed.

How to use
- First, thoroughly wash the bodywork, ideally using the two-bucket method, but do not dry it.
- If the paint is heavily contaminated, it is recommended to first perform chemical decontamination using an asphalt and iron fallout remover.
- Before starting, apply a sufficient amount of a product intended for lubrication to the cleaned surface.
- As a lubricant use a suitable lubricant for clay work from our range.
- Glide the glove over the paint with longitudinal and crosswise movements without applying excessive pressure.
- Rinse the glove regularly in a bucket with clean water to avoid unintentional scratching of the surface by released contaminants.
- Work progressively on individual panels until the paint surface is completely smooth.
- After finishing decontamination, rinse the vehicle again and carefully dry it using a quality drying towel.
- After use, thoroughly rinse the glove with clean water, let it dry and store it in the original packaging.
- Do not expose the product to temperatures exceeding 40 °C.
