Honey COMBination Polishing Pad White Extreme (80 x 100 mm)
Honey COMBination Polishing Pad White Extreme is an extremely hard polishing pad designed for use with rotary and orbital polishers. It is specifically designed for use on hard or heavily damaged paints. The double-layer structure of the pad ensures increased abrasive performance and improves stabilization between the polisher and the pad. This pad is made from open-cell foam, which enhances polishing power while maintaining lower temperatures. This foam structure allows for air circulation and cooling during use. With its safe thickness and side beveled profile, it offers greater safety and precision when working in hard-to-reach areas. These pads are made from selected, high-quality materials, allowing for repeated use.

How to Maintain Polishing Pads
- Maintaining polishing pads is crucial for their longevity and future polishing capabilities.
- The temperature of the pad itself is very important during use, as it can heat up to high temperatures while polishing paint.
- If you polish paint for extended periods and frequently overheat the pad, you significantly shorten its lifespan.
- Monitor the temperature, and if the pad overheats, let it cool down for a while.
- High temperatures affect both the foam and the adhesive of the pad.
- It is essential to clean the polishing pad frequently during the polishing process; otherwise, it will stop functioning effectively.
- When the polishing pad becomes clogged with polishing paste, it needs to be addressed.
- You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to lower speeds, holding the brush in your hand to brush away the old paste. Just hold the brush and let the polisher rotate the pad.
- Be careful not to throw used paste onto the polished car paint during rotary cleaning.
- If you have an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad in the same way with the polisher turned on.
- After successful machine polishing, it's also necessary to prepare the pad for future use.
- We recommend washing the polishing pad in a washing machine at 40°C using a detergent suitable for microfiber.
- Do not wash pads together with towels or cloths!
- Do not put pads in a dryer after washing; let them air dry on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
- If a washing machine is not available, you can wash pads by hand using an APC cleaner, diluted in a 1:6 ratio.
- Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed clean plastic box.
