Made from open-cell foam, it enhances polishing power while maintaining lower temperatures. This foam structure allows air circulation and cooling during work. With its safe thickness and side beveled profile, it provides greater safety and precision when working in hard-to-reach areas. How to Care for Polishing Pads

• Caring for polishing pads is crucial for their longevity and future polishing capabilities.
• The temperature of the pad during use is very important, as it can heat up to high temperatures during polishing.
• If you polish for a long time and frequently overheat the pad, it significantly shortens its lifespan.
• Monitor the temperature and if the pad is overheated, let it cool down for a while.
• High temperatures affect both the foam and the adhesive of the pad.
• The polishing pad needs frequent cleaning during the polishing process to remain effective.
• Once the pad is clogged with polishing paste, it needs addressing.
• You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to lower speeds to brush out the old paste. Just hold the brush and let the polisher spin the pad.
• Be careful not to throw used paste onto the polished paint of the car during rotary cleaning.
• If you have an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad in the same way with the polisher running.
• After successful machine polishing, the pad should be prepared for future use as well.
• We recommend washing the pad in a washing machine at 40°C with a detergent used for microfiber.
• We recommend using a high-quality detergent.
• Never wash pads with towels or cloths!
• After washing, do not place pads in a dryer; let them air dry on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
• If you don't have access to a washing machine, you can hand wash the pads using an APC cleaner diluted in a 1:6 ratio.
