Honey COMBination Polishing Pad Ultra Cut 2.0 (160 mm)
The Honey COMBination Polishing Pad Ultra Cut 2.0 is a polishing disc in the new ULTRA CUT 2.0 version. The material structure combines 50% natural wool and 50% microfiber. It combines the cutting power of natural wool and microfiber with a good final gloss and reduced sharpness during polishing thanks to the use of synthetic fur. The new version of ULTRA CUT 2.0 does not have an orange rubber spacer, making it much easier to work with the curves of car bodies by adapting to their shapes.

How to Care for Polishing Pads
- The care of polishing pads is crucial for their longevity and future polishing abilities.
- During work, the temperature of the pad is vital for its lifespan, as it can heat up to high temperatures while polishing paint.
- If you polish the paint for a long time and frequently overheat the pad, you significantly shorten its lifespan.
- Therefore, monitor the temperature and if the pad is overheated, let it cool down for a while.
- Both the foam and the adhesive of the pad suffer at high temperatures.
- The polishing pad needs to be cleaned frequently during the polishing process, or it will stop working efficiently.
- Once the polishing pad is clogged with paste, it needs to be addressed.
- You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to lower speeds to brush away old paste. Hold the brush while allowing the polisher to rotate the pad.
- Be careful not to fling used paste onto the polished car paint while cleaning with rotation.
- If you own an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad in the same manner while the polisher is running.
- After successful machine polishing, the pad should be restored for future use.
- We recommend washing the polishing pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a detergent meant for microfiber.
- Never wash pads together with towels or cloths!
- Do not put the pads in a dryer after washing, but let them air dry on a towel with the polishing side down.
- If a washing machine is unavailable, you can hand wash the pads using an APC cleaner diluted in a ratio of 1:6.
- Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed clean plastic box.
