Honey COMBination Polishing Pad Ultra Cut 2.0 (135 mm)
The Honey COMBination Polishing Pad Ultra Cut 2.0 is a polishing pad in the new ULTRA CUT 2.0 version. Its material structure combines 50% natural wool and 50% microfiber. It combines the cutting power of natural wool and microfiber with a good final gloss and reduced sharpness when polishing, thanks to the use of synthetic fur. The new version of ULTRA CUT 2.0 no longer includes an orange rubber spacer, making it much easier to work with car body curves as it adapts to their shapes.

How to Care for Polishing Pads
- Caring for polishing pads is crucial for their longevity and future polishing abilities.
- The temperature of the pad itself is very important for its lifespan, as it can heat up to high temperatures during paint polishing.
- If you polish the paint for a long time and frequently overheat the pad, you significantly shorten its lifespan.
- Therefore, monitor the temperature and let it cool down if it becomes overheated.
- Both the foam and the adhesive suffer at high temperatures.
- The polishing pad needs to be cleaned frequently during the polishing process, or it will stop functioning effectively.
- Once the pad is clogged with polishing paste, it needs to be addressed.
- You can use a medium-soft brush to brush away the old paste while the polisher is set to a lower speed and running without load.
- Be careful not to throw the used paste onto the polished paint during rotary cleaning.
- If you have an air compressor, you can use it to simply blow out the pad while the polisher is running.
- After successful machine polishing, the pad should be restored to a state suitable for future use.
- We recommend washing the pad in a washing machine at 40°C using a detergent suitable for microfiber.
- Do not wash pads together with towels or cloths!
- After washing, do not tumble dry the pads; let them air dry on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
- If you don't have a washing machine, you can wash the pads by hand using an APC cleaner, diluted at a 1:6 ratio.
- Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a sealed clean plastic container.
