By using carefully selected open-cell foam pads, this series offers unique polishing power while ensuring unprecedented air circulation. This feature, combined with a center hole (only for larger diameters), allows for reduced temperature of the polished surface, the pad itself, and the polisher. The safe thickness of the pad and the side profile with a thoughtfully beveled shape ensure higher comfort and precision in hard-to-reach areas. How to Care for Polishing Pads

• Caring for polishing pads is crucial for their longevity and future polishing capabilities.
• During use, the temperature of the pad is very important for its lifespan, as it can heat up to high temperatures when polishing paint.
• If you polish the paint for an extended period and frequently overheat the pad, you significantly shorten its lifespan.
• Therefore, monitor the temperature and allow the pad to cool if it becomes overheated.
• Both the foam and the adhesive of the pad suffer at high temperatures.
• The polishing pad needs to be cleaned frequently during the polishing process; otherwise, it will stop functioning effectively.
• Once the pad becomes clogged with polishing paste, it needs to be addressed.
• You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to lower speeds, holding the brush in your hand to remove old paste from the pad.
• Be careful not to throw used paste onto the polished paint of the car during rotational cleaning.
• If you have an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad while the polisher is running.
• After successful machine polishing, the pad should be prepared for future use.
• We recommend washing the polishing pad in a washing machine at 40°C using a detergent designed for microfiber.
• Never wash pads together with towels or cloths!
• After washing, do not place pads in a dryer, but let them air dry on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
• If a washing machine is not available, you can wash pads by hand using an APC cleaner diluted at a ratio of 1:6.
• Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed, clean plastic box.
