By using carefully selected open-cell foam pads, this series offers unique polishing power while ensuring an unprecedented level of air circulation. This feature, combined with a central hole (only for larger diameters), allows for reducing the temperature of the polished surface, the pad itself, and the polisher. A safe pad thickness and a side profile with a thoughtfully beveled shape provide higher work safety comfort and precision in hard-to-reach areas. How to Care for Polishing Pads

• Caring for polishing pads is very important for their longevity and future polishing capabilities.
• The temperature of the pad itself is crucial during use, as it can heat up to high temperatures when polishing paint.
• If you polish the paint for a long time and frequently overheat the pad, you significantly reduce its lifespan.
• Monitor the temperature and let the pad cool down if it overheats.
• High temperatures affect both the foam and the adhesive of the pad.
• Polishing pads need frequent cleaning during the polishing process, otherwise, they cease to function effectively.
• Once the pad is clogged with polishing paste, address it immediately.
• You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to a lower speed to brush out old paste. Hold the brush in hand and let the polisher rotate the pad.
• Be careful not to throw used paste onto the polished paint.
• If you have an air compressor, you can also use it to blow out the pad in the same manner with the polisher running.
• After successful machine polishing, ensure the pad is in a condition for future use.
• We recommend washing the pad in a washing machine at 40°C using a detergent suitable for microfiber.
• Never wash pads together with towels or cloths!
• Do not put pads in a dryer; let them air dry on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
• If a washing machine is not available, you can hand wash pads using an APC cleaner, diluted in a 1:6 ratio.
• Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a clean, closed plastic box.
