Polishing Pad Honey COMBination U-series Blue Cut/One Step (34 x 40 mm)
The Honey COMBination Polishing Pad U-Series Blue Cut/One Step is a foam pad specifically developed for one-step paint polishing. This polishing pad is made from a foam with mild aggressiveness and excellent final surface finish. This particular pad from the U series stands out with reduced sensitivity to temperature-induced hardness changes, a denser structure, lower air permeability, and significantly increased smoothness compared to other pads in this range. These features make it ideal for one-step paint corrections and initial polishing of moderately damaged or soft paints. It is the most versatile pad in the U series.
Polishing Pads Honey COMBination U-series
The Honey COMBination U-series are highly advanced polishing pads made from open-cell foam. By using carefully selected open-cell foam pads, this series offers unique polishing power while ensuring unprecedented air circulation. This feature, combined with a central hole (only in larger diameters), allows for reducing the temperature of the polished surface, the pad itself, and the polisher. The pad's safe thickness and side profile with a thoughtfully beveled shape provide higher comfort and safety as well as precision in less accessible areas. These pads are made from carefully selected and high-quality materials, allowing them to be used repeatedly.

How to Care for Polishing Pads
- Caring for polishing pads is crucial for their longevity and future polishing capabilities.
- During work, the temperature of the pad is very important for its lifespan, as it can heat up to high temperatures during paint polishing.
- If you polish the paint for a longer time and frequently overheat the pad, you significantly shorten its lifespan.
- Therefore, monitor the temperature and let the pad cool down if it overheats.
- High temperatures affect both the foam and the pad's adhesive.
- Polishing pads need frequent cleaning during the polishing process; otherwise, they stop functioning effectively.
- Once the pad is clogged with polishing paste, it needs to be addressed.
- You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to a lower speed, brush out the old paste, and ensure not to throw the used paste onto the polished car paint during rotational cleaning.
- If you have an air compressor, you can also use it to blow out the pad in the same manner with the polisher running.
- After successful machine polishing, the pad needs to be prepared for future use.
- We recommend washing the polishing pad in a washing machine at 40°C using a detergent suitable for microfiber.
- Never wash pads together with towels or cloths!
- After washing, do not put the pads in a dryer but let them dry naturally, placed on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
- If a washing machine is unavailable, you can wash the pads by hand using an APC cleaner diluted in a 1:6 ratio.
- Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed clean plastic box.
