Grinding Wheel Honey COMBination Polishing Pad OCF-series White Hard Cut (80 mm)
The Honey COMBination Polishing Pad OCF-series White Hard Cut is a grinding wheel from the Classic OCF series specifically developed for working with hard or heavily damaged paints. This polishing pad belongs to the category of grinding wheels, characterized by very high cutting performance while maintaining a decent level of gloss. What sets it apart from other OCF series pads is its hardness and noticeably greater roughness. Thanks to these properties, it excels in the first step of machine polishing in multi-stage corrections, especially on hard and very hard paints.
Polishing Pads Honey COMBination O.C.F.-series
The Honey Combination Classic OCF is a series of highly advanced polishing pads made of open-cell foam, designed for rotary polishers. By using carefully selected open-cell foam, the OCF Classic pads offer unique polishing power while ensuring air circulation at an unprecedented level. This feature allows, for example, temperature control of the polished surface, pad, and polishing machine. The safe thickness of the pad and the side profile with a thoughtfully rounded shape provide higher comfort, work safety, and precision in hard-to-reach areas.

How to Care for Polishing Pads
- Caring for polishing pads is very important for their long lifespan and future polishing capabilities.
- During work, the temperature of the pad itself, which can heat up to high levels while polishing, is crucial for its lifespan.
- If you polish the paint for an extended period and frequently overheat the pad, its lifespan will be significantly shortened.
- Therefore, monitor the temperature, and if the pad is overheated, let it cool down for a while.
- Both the foam and the adhesive of the pad suffer at high temperatures.
- It's necessary to clean the polishing pad frequently during the polishing process; otherwise, it will stop functioning effectively.
- Once the polishing pad is clogged with polishing paste, start addressing it.
- You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to lower revolutions, brushing out the old paste. Hold the brush in hand and let the polisher rotate the pad.
- Be careful not to throw the used paste onto the polished car paint during rotary cleaning.
- If you own an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad in the same way with the polisher turned on.
- After a successful machine polishing process, it's also necessary to restore the pad to a condition suitable for future use.
- Here, we recommend washing the polishing pad in a washing machine at 40°C using a detergent meant for microfiber.
- Do not wash pads together with towels or cloths!
- Do not put the pads in a dryer after washing; let them air dry on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
- If you don't have a washing machine available, you can wash the pads by hand using an APC cleaner diluted in a 1:6 ratio.
- Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed clean plastic box.
