Grinding Disc Honey COMBination Polishing Pad OCF-series White Hard Cut (150 mm)
The Honey COMBination Polishing Pad OCF-series White Hard Cut is a grinding disc in the Classic OCF series, specially developed for working with hard or heavily damaged paints. It is a polishing pad from the category of grinding discs, characterized by a very high cutting performance while maintaining a decent level of gloss. What sets it apart from other discs in the OCF series is its hardness and significantly greater roughness. Thanks to these properties, it excels in the first step of machine paint grinding in multi-stage corrections, especially for hard and very hard paints.
Polishing Pads Honey COMBination O.C.F.-series
Honey Combination Classic OCF is a series of highly advanced polishing pads made of open-cell foam, designed for rotary polishers. Thanks to the use of carefully selected open-cell foam, the OCF Classic pads offer unique polishing power while ensuring unprecedented air circulation. This feature allows, for example, the reduction of the temperature of the polished surface, the pad, and the polishing machine. The safe thickness of the pad and the side profile with a thoughtfully rounded shape allow for greater comfort, work safety, and precision in hard-to-reach places.

How to Care for Polishing Pads
- Caring for polishing pads is very important for their long lifespan and future polishing capabilities.
- During work, the temperature of the pad itself is very important for its lifespan, as it can heat up to high temperatures during paint polishing.
- If you grind the paint for a long time and frequently overheat the pad, you significantly shorten its lifespan.
- Therefore, monitor the temperature and if the pad is overheated, let it cool down for a while.
- High temperatures affect both the foam and the adhesive of the pad.
- The polishing pad needs to be cleaned frequently during the polishing process, otherwise it will stop functioning and paint polishing will not be effective.
- Once the polishing pad is clogged with polishing paste, it needs to be addressed.
- You can take a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to lower speeds to brush out the old paste. Just hold the brush in your hand and let the polisher rotate the pad.
- Be careful not to throw the used paste onto the polished paint of the car during rotary cleaning.
- If you own an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad while the polisher is on.
- After a successful machine polishing process, the pad also needs to be put in a state for ideal future use.
- We recommend washing the polishing pad in a washing machine at 40°C with a detergent used for microfiber.
- Never wash pads together with towels or cloths!
- Do not put pads in the dryer after washing, but let them air dry on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
- If you don't have a washing machine, you can wash pads by hand using an APC cleaner, diluted in a ratio of 1:6.
- Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed clean plastic box.
