Abrasive Wheel Honey COMBination Polishing Pad OCF-series White Hard Cut (135 mm)
The Honey COMBination Polishing Pad OCF-series White Hard Cut is an abrasive wheel in the Classic OCF range, specially developed for working with hard or severely damaged paints. This polishing pad belongs to the category of abrasive wheels, characterized by very high cutting performance while maintaining a decent level of gloss. What sets it apart from other OCF series pads is its hardness and noticeably greater coarseness. These properties make it excel in the first step of machine polishing in multi-stage corrections, especially for hard and very hard paints.
Polishing Pads Honey COMBination O.C.F.-series
The Honey Combination Classic OCF is a range of highly advanced polishing pads made from open-cell foam, designed for rotary polishers. By using carefully selected open-cell foam, the OCF Classic pads offer unique polishing power while ensuring an unprecedented level of air circulation. This feature allows, for example, the reduction of the temperature of the polished surface, the pads, and the polisher. The safe thickness of the pad and the side profile with a thoughtful rounded shape allow for higher comfort, work safety, and precision in hard-to-reach areas.

How to Care for Polishing Pads
- Caring for polishing pads is very important for their long lifespan and future polishing capabilities.
- During work, the temperature of the pad is very important for its longevity, as it can heat up to high temperatures during paint polishing.
- If you polish the paint for a long time and frequently overheat the pad, you significantly shorten its lifespan.
- Therefore, monitor the temperature and if the pad is overheated, let it cool down for a while.
- High temperature affects both the foam and the adhesive of the pad.
- The polishing pad needs to be cleaned often during the polishing process, otherwise it will cease to function and paint polishing will not be effective.
- Once the polishing pad is clogged with polishing paste, it needs to be addressed.
- You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to lower speeds, holding the brush in your hand to brush away the old paste.
- Be careful not to throw used paste onto the polished paint of your car during rotary cleaning.
- If you own an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad in the same way with the polisher on.
- After successful machine polishing, the pad also needs to be put in a state where it can ideally be used again in the future.
- We recommend washing the polishing pad in a washing machine at 40°C using a detergent suitable for microfiber.
- Never wash pads together with towels or cloths!
- Do not put pads in the dryer after washing, but let them air dry on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
- If you do not have a washing machine, you can wash pads by hand using an APC cleaner, diluted in a 1:6 ratio.
- Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed clean plastic box.
