The Honey Combination Classic OCF is a series of highly advanced polishing pads made from open-cell foam, designed for rotary polishers. By using carefully selected open-cell foam, OCF Classic pads offer unique polishing power while ensuring unprecedented air circulation. This feature helps reduce the temperature of the polished surface, the pad, and the polishing machine. How to Care for Polishing Pads

Caring for polishing pads is crucial for their long lifespan and future polishing capabilities.
During use, the temperature of the pad is very important for its longevity, as it can heat up to high temperatures while polishing paint.
If you polish the paint for an extended period and frequently overheat the pad, you significantly shorten its lifespan.
Monitor the temperature, and if the pad is overheated, let it cool down for a while.
High temperatures can damage both the foam and the adhesive of the pad.
Polishing pads need to be cleaned frequently during the polishing process, or they will stop functioning effectively.
Once the pad is clogged with polishing paste, it needs to be addressed.
You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to lower speeds to brush away the old paste. Just hold the brush and let the polisher spin the pad.
Be careful not to fling used paste onto the polished surface of the car during rotary cleaning.
If you have an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad while the polisher is running.
After successful machine polishing, the pad also needs to be prepared for future use.
We recommend washing the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a detergent suitable for microfiber.
Never wash pads together with towels or cloths!
After washing, do not put the pads in a dryer; let them air dry on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
If you don't have a washing machine, you can wash the pads by hand using an APC cleaner, diluted in a ratio of 1:6.
Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed, clean plastic box.
