The Honey COMBination Polishing Pad OCF-series Black Finish is a soft finishing polishing pad from the Classic OCF range, specially designed for use with all types of paints. It offers smooth, comfortable handling and a very high level of surface gloss. It is ideal for the final stage of polishing in multi-stage corrections on all paints.
Honey COMBination O.C.F.-series Polishing Pads
The Honey Combination Classic OCF is a range of highly advanced polishing pads made from open-cell foam, intended for rotary polishers. By using carefully selected open-cell foam, the OCF Classic pads offer unique polishing power while ensuring unprecedented levels of air circulation. This feature helps to reduce the temperature of the polished surface, pad, and polishing machine. The safe thickness of the pad and the side profile with a thoughtfully rounded shape allow for greater comfort, work safety, and precision in hard-to-reach areas.

How to Care for Polishing Pads
- Caring for polishing pads is crucial for their longevity and future polishing capabilities.
- The temperature of the pad during use is very important for its longevity, as it can heat up to high temperatures when polishing paint.
- If you polish paint for prolonged periods and frequently overheat the pad, it significantly shortens its lifespan.
- Therefore, monitor the temperature and allow the pad to cool down if it overheats.
- Both the foam and the adhesive of the pad suffer at high temperatures.
- Polishing pads need to be cleaned frequently during the polishing process, or they will cease to function effectively.
- When the polishing pad is clogged with polishing paste, it needs to be addressed.
- You can use a medium-soft brush and set the polisher to lower speeds to brush off the old paste. Simply hold the brush in your hand and let the polisher rotate the pad.
- Be careful not to throw used paste onto the polished paintwork during rotary cleaning.
- If you have an air compressor, you can use it to blow out the pad in the same manner with the polisher running.
- After successful machine polishing, the pad should be restored for future use.
- We recommend washing the polishing pad in a washing machine at 40°C using a detergent meant for microfiber.
- We recommend using a high-quality detergent.
- Never wash pads together with towels or cloths!
- Do not put pads in a dryer after washing; let them air dry on a drying towel with the polishing side down.
- If you don't have access to a washing machine, you can wash the pads by hand using an APC cleaner diluted at a ratio of 1:6.
- Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closed, clean plastic box.
