The foam polishing pad represents the ideal choice for the final phase of paint polishing. It is designed specifically for use with dual action polishers and works excellently with all types of finishing compounds. Thanks to its specific shape and premium foam, it ensures the safe removal of minor defects and achievement of maximum gloss without holograms.

This finishing pad is made from extremely high-quality open-cell foam that minimizes surface heating during work. The unique conical shape expands the working surface to 150 mm while keeping the backing plate diameter at 125 mm. This design provides not only higher efficiency when polishing flat and shaped surfaces, but also significantly increases safety by minimizing the risk of unintended backing plate contact with the paint.

One of the main advantages of the pad is the thoughtful construction of the hook-and-loop backing, which exceeds the size of the backing plate. This allows very quick, precise and comfortable centering and subsequent removal of the pad from the polisher. The pad is designed to optimally transfer the orbital motion of the dual action polisher to the paint, resulting in a perfectly consistent finish.

How to use

• Regular care of polishing pads significantly extends their life and preserves optimal polishing capabilities.
• During work monitor the pad temperature, as excessive overheating during prolonged polishing damages the foam and the hook-and-loop adhesive.
• If the pad becomes too hot, let it cool sufficiently before continuing polishing.
• Regularly clean the pad of compound residues during work to prevent loss of effectiveness.
• For cleaning during work you can use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, with the polisher running at low speed.
• Alternatively, the clogged compound can be blown out using compressed air from a compressor.
• After finishing work, wash the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special microfiber detergent; we recommend Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
• Never wash polishing pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
• After washing, do not tumble-dry the pads; let them air-dry with the polishing side down on a drying towel.
• For hand washing use a specialized pad cleaner, ADBL Pad Cleaner.
• Store dry pads in a clean place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closable plastic box.
