This specific shape ensures optimal transfer of force from the polisher to the body surface while significantly increasing safety when working in hard-to-reach areas. The wider working surface effectively eliminates the risk of unintended backing plate contact with the vehicle paint.

Another key element is the cleverly designed hook-and-loop backing, whose diameter exceeds the recommended backing plate size. This solution enables lightning-fast swapping and precise centering of the pad, saving your time and reducing vibration during use. The high-quality open-cell foam structure also dissipates heat very well, preventing overheating of the paint and the pad itself.

How to use

• Care of polishing pads is important for their long life and future polishing capabilities.
• During work, the temperature of the pad itself is very important, as it can heat up to high temperatures while polishing paint.
• If you sand or polish for a long time and frequently overheat the pad, you significantly shorten its lifespan.
• Therefore monitor the temperature and if the pad is overheated, let it cool down for a while.
• At high temperatures both the foam and the pad adhesive suffer.
• The polishing pad needs to be cleaned often during the polishing process, otherwise it will stop working and the polishing will be ineffective.
• Once the pad is clogged with polishing compound, you need to address it.
• You can take a medium-soft brush (e.g. Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue), set the polisher to lower speed, hold it idle in your hand and brush the old compound out of the pad.
• Hold the brush in your hand and let the polisher spin the pad. Be careful not to fling removed compound onto already polished vehicle paint.
• If you own an air compressor, you can use it and in the same way blow the pad while the polisher is running.
• After successful machine polishing the pad also needs to be prepared for ideal reuse.
• Here we recommend washing the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a detergent intended for microfiber. We recommend the high-quality Gyeon Q²M TowelWash, which works excellently.
• Never wash pads together with towels or cloths!
• After washing do not put pads in the dryer, but let them air-dry laid on a drying towel polishing side down.
• If you do not have a washing machine available, you can wash pads by hand using the special pad cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
• Polishing pads should be stored in a dry place out of direct sunlight, ideally in a closed clean plastic box.
