ADBL Roller Finish DA 75 is a top-quality finishing polishing pad specially designed for eccentric, i.e. dual action polishers. This pad is the ideal choice for the final stage of paint polishing when maximum gloss and removal of minor defects are required. Thanks to the use of very high-quality foam it works excellently with all kinds of finishing polishing compounds.

When designing this pad, great emphasis was placed on safety and work efficiency. The unique conical, diamond-like shape ensures optimal pressure distribution and significantly reduces the risk of unintended contact between the backing plate and the paint. The larger hook-and-loop surface compared to the diameter of the backing plate also allows very quick, precise and easy fitting and removal of the pad.

The foam structure of the pad resists the high temperatures that arise during polishing very well, which contributes to its long life. With a working surface diameter of 100 mm and a recommended backing plate of 75 mm, this pad is highly controllable and allows precise work even on complex parts of the body. It is a perfect tool for final polishing of paint after prior sanding and heavier polishing.

Instructions for use

• Regularly check the temperature of the polishing pad during work, as excessive overheating significantly shortens its lifespan and damages the foam and adhesive.
• If the pad becomes very hot during polishing, allow it to cool completely before further use.
• During polishing, clean the pad regularly from compound residues to maintain optimal effectiveness.
• For dry cleaning you can use a medium-soft brush, for example Poka Premium Brush for Details and Pad cleaning - Hard Blue, with the polisher running at low speed.
• If you have a compressor available, residues of compound can be blown out of the rotating pad with compressed air.
• After finishing work, wash the pad in a washing machine at 40 °C using a special microfiber detergent; we recommend Gyeon Q²M TowelWash.
• Never wash polishing pads together with microfiber cloths or towels.
• After washing, do not put the pads in a tumble dryer; let them air dry laid flat with the working side down on a drying towel.
• The pad can also be washed by hand using the cleaner ADBL Pad Cleaner.
• Store pads in a dry and clean place away from direct sunlight, ideally in a closable box.
